With the wide variety of age ranges as well as topics, Common Sense Media makes it even easier for teachers to include digital citizenship across multiple subjects and disciplines. This resource also contains a section on professional development for teachers specifically, which include monthly webinars that teachers can participate in.
Cyberwise is another resource for teachers as well as parents who wish to be a part of the digital citizenship dialogue. This resource also provides you access to Cyberwise's own curriculum, although this is focused mostly towards middle school students. Cyberwise is split into three main sections: Digital Citizenship, Information Literacy, and Media Literacy for positive participation. All three of these sections emphasize critical thinking, as well as ethical thinking.
